The McMillan Electric model number is a 10-character number on the motor label that begins with a letter, followed by 4 numbers, followed by another letter and four numbers. Example: A1234B5678.
To order a complete replacement motor, please enter the LAST 4 DIGITS of the McMillan Electric model number in the DATA ENTRY BOX below and press SUBMIT. The results displayed will tell you how you can order a replacement motor. We do not sell replacement parts for any of our motors.

Replacement motor orders received after 12 Noon Central Time will be shipped on the next business day.
All orders are shipped UPS Ground, please e-mail us at customer_service@mcmillanelectric.com to place orders that need expedited shipping, additional fees apply.
Any non-warranty returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, and must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
The replacement motor is identical to the current production motor. The “S” suffix designates the shipping box – If the Motor shows an “S” at the end of the Model number Do Not use the “S” when submitting.
